START and Guest Service Gold Exams are available both as proctored and non-proctored Exams. If you are taking the non-proctored online version of the exam, a free retake will automatically appear in your account if you fail your first attempt.

If you are taking the proctored printed version, you will need to coordinate with your instructor/proctor to get a free second attempt and to set up a second exam session.
