How do I unassign a product?
You can unassign products as long as they were not redeemed. To unassign a product from an individual's account, please follow the steps from this guide
Log in to the AHLEI website
Log In to your AHLEI website account.
Select Manage Products
On the My Account page, select Manage Products.
Locate the product
Find the product you need to unassign and select Unassign.
Locate the individual
Scroll down until you locate the individual you wish to unassign the product from and select the three dots under the Actions column.
Select Unassign.
Unassign The Product
To complete the action, select Continue.
Complete
Once the action is complete, the product is available to assign to another individual.
