How do I close an online exam session?
To close/end an examinee's exam, please follow these steps.
Manage Exam Sessions
On your MyServSafe Dashboard, select Manage Exam Sessions.
Status In Progress
Locate the exam session that shows In Progress and select Manage.
Control Panel
Select the Control Panel tab to review your examinee's exam. Once you see everything is 100% complete, you may select End Session to close and grade your examinee's exam.
