How do I reset my password?
To reset your MyServSafe Dashboard password, please follow these steps:
Forgot Password
On the Log In page, select Forgot Password.
Email Address
Enter your account email address and then select Send Code.
Enter Verification Code
Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code. Enter in your code and select Continue.
Reset Password
Create a new password with the password requirements:
At least 8 characters minimum
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 number
At least 1 special character e.g !@#^*
Then select Reset Password to continue.
Password Changed
You have successfully changed your password. Please select Log In to continue.
Log In
Enter in your email and new password to log in to your MyServSafe Dashboard!
