What do I do if a student is caught cheating during an online exam?
If an examinee is caught cheating during a proctored test, you may follow these steps to close the session.
Manage Exam Sessions
On your MyServSafe Dashboard, select Manage Exam Sessions.
Status In Progress
Locate the exam session that shows In Progress and select Manage.
Control Panel
Select the Control Panel tab to review your examinee's exam. You may select Suspend to stop the examinee during their test
Suspend Notes
User Suspended Successfully
Now that the user's exam is suspended, and they can no longer continue, you may select End Session and submit an email to Examsecurity@restaurant.org of the incident.
