How can I get a printed copy of my certificate?

Most programs issue only digital certificates. Print certificates and label pins are issued for Certified Guest Service Professionals, Certified Hospitality Educators, and Certified Hotel Administrators.

All certificates received from online exams and print exams taken with ExamFlex will appear on the proctor's account and the individual's account who earned the certificate.

You may locate a digital copy of your certificate in the Scores & Certificates tab located on the home page and in your My Account Dashboard.
