Did you receive an error message while enrolling your students?

When enrolling a student into an exam, you may receive the following error message:

This can be for 3 possible reasons:

  1. You may not have enough exam codes available to assign to your student and need to purchase more.

  2. You may have already assigned the exam code to your student before you scheduled the exam.

  3. If the exam is a certification exam, the student may not have completed their application.
