What are the recertification requirements?
The hospitality industry constantly changes, so hospitality professionals must continually advance their knowledge and skills.
For this reason, certification designees hold their certification for only five years.
You will need to complete the following to apply for recertification:
Purchase your recertification application from the AHLEI website
From your My Account page, select Applications
Launch your application from the Application tab
Complete the application and upload your documentation
Review and submit the application
